Terms of Use

Summitas Glass ยท Effective September 6, 2026

These terms govern your use of Summitas Glass ("Glass"), operated by Summitas. Glass is provided to wealth-advisory firms and family offices under an agreement with each firm; if you use Glass as a member of a firm, that agreement applies alongside these terms. By signing in you accept them.

Your account

Your account is personal to you. Keep your password and second-factor device private, and tell your firm's administrator at once if you believe someone else has used your account. Your firm controls who has a seat, what role it carries, and whether two-factor authentication is required.

Acceptable use

Use Glass only for your firm's legitimate business and in line with the laws that apply to you, including privacy and securities regulations. Do not attempt to access another firm's data, probe or disrupt the service, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

Text-message program

Glass can send you text messages if you add a mobile number and confirm it with a code. Two kinds of message are available, each at your choice:

  • Sign-in verification codes, when you choose text messages as your second factor. One message per sign-in attempt.
  • Notifications about your work, such as a task assigned to you or a request from a client's portal, when you turn text notifications on.

Message frequency varies with your settings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; reply HELP for help, or write to support@summitas.com. You can also remove the number or turn texts off on your Profile & Security page. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile information and text-message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes; see the Privacy Policy.

Your firm's data

Everything a firm records in Glass remains the firm's. Summitas processes it only to provide the service. Firms can export their data at any time.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Glass available and secure, and we improve it continuously, which means features change. Where a change removes something a firm relies on, we tell its administrators first. Glass is provided as is; to the extent the law allows, Summitas is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use, and its total liability is limited as set out in the firm's agreement.

Ending access

Your firm can deactivate your account at any time. Summitas may suspend access that breaks these terms or threatens the security of the service.
